The Gym Lakewood offers 40+ group fitness classes per week. Classes are included with all membership plans. Specialty classes have separate pricing for members and non-members.

  • Aqua Fitness — Low-impact water aerobics in the pool.

All classes require advance booking. Members can book through the Member Dashboard. Day pass holders can book at the front desk.
