| Front Desk | Greet members, handle check-ins, answer phones, and assist with memberships and day passes. |
| Maintenance / Janitorial | Keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. Includes equipment cleaning and general upkeep. |
| Fitness Instructor | Lead group fitness classes including Spin, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Zumba, and more. |
| Personal Trainer | Work one-on-one with members to help them achieve their fitness goals. Requires certification. |
| Sales | Drive membership growth, handle walk-ins and inquiries, and represent The Gym Lakewood brand. |
